About Orvelle
We are not Amazon.
We are not backed by a big multinational.
We are not optimising for Shareholders.
We are Orvelle. A small, independent company built by people
who got frustrated with the same thing you did — paying a
fortune for skincare results that the big brands promised
and never quite delivered.
── How this started ──────────────────────────────────────────
Orvelle wasn't born in a corporate boardroom. There was no
venture capital pitch. No team of suits deciding what the
market needed.
It started with a simple observation: LED light therapy works.
The clinical evidence is overwhelming. Dermatologists have
been using it for decades. The technology is proven, safe,
and produces real, measurable results for real skin concerns.
And yet the devices available to people at home were either
cheap, ineffective imitations — or premium-branded products
with premium-sized price tags designed to make the technology
feel exclusive rather than accessible.
We thought that was wrong. So we decided to do something
about it.
── What we actually do ───────────────────────────────────────
We research. Constantly.
The science of LED phototherapy is not standing still —
new clinical studies are published regularly, wavelength
research advances, device engineering improves. We read
it all. We track every meaningful development in LED
therapy, photobiomodulation research, and skincare
technology so that what we sell is always grounded in
the most current understanding of what actually works.
We don't have a marketing department deciding what
wavelengths to include based on what sounds impressive.
We have people who read the research and ask one question:
does this work?
When the evidence supports it, we include it. When it
doesn't, we don't. That's the whole process.
── Why we're different ───────────────────────────────────────
We have no shareholders demanding quarterly growth at
any cost. No multinational parent company setting targets
we have to hit. No investors telling us to cut corners
on components to protect margins.
What we have is considerably rarer in this industry:
complete independence. Every decision we make is based
on one thing — is this the right thing to do for our
customers?
That means when we find a better device, we stock it.
When research changes our understanding of a wavelength,
we update our products. When a customer has a problem,
we fix it — because there is no corporate escalation
process, no policy document, no script. There is just
us, and a commitment to getting it right.
── The fight worth having ────────────────────────────────────
The beauty and skincare industry is dominated by companies
with billion-dollar marketing budgets whose job is to
convince you that you need their products. They spend
more on advertising than on research. They charge more
for packaging than for what's inside it. They build
subscription models designed to extract maximum recurring
revenue from people who just want better skin.
We're not interested in any of that.
We're interested in LED light therapy. We're interested
in the science behind it, the devices that deliver it
properly, and making sure the people who want access
to it can actually afford it.
We sell against companies with warehouses full of
algorithmic pricing, review manipulation, and logistics
infrastructure we couldn't match in a decade. We compete
against brands with celebrity endorsements, influencer
armies, and media budgets that dwarf our entire operation.
We do it anyway. Because the product is genuinely good,
the science is genuinely sound, and our customers —
the ones who found us, tried us, and came back — know
the difference between something that works and something
that's just well-marketed.
── Our promise ───────────────────────────────────────────────
We will always tell you what our products can and cannot
do. We will not make claims the research doesn't support.
We will not hide behind vague language or aspirational
photography when the science is what matters.
We will continue to research, to update, to improve.
When something better comes along, we will stock it —
even if it means retiring something we currently sell.
We will answer your emails. We will fix your problems.
We will refund you without argument if something isn't
right. Not because a policy tells us to, but because
that is what a company run by people rather than
processes does.
We're Orvelle. Independent, research-led, and entirely
on your side.
No shareholders. No agenda. Just better skin.
We built Orvelle around a single belief: clinical-grade light therapy shouldn't cost clinical prices.
LED light therapy has been used by dermatologists and aesthetic clinics for decades. The results are proven, the technology is established, and the science is solid.
What wasn't established was a way for people to access it at home — at a price that made sense.
Orvelle exists to change that. Every device in our range brings clinically-studied LED wavelengths into your daily ritual, without the waiting rooms, the appointments, or the monthly bills.
Ten minutes a day. That's all it takes.
